I manage Operations in Professional Services firms, leveraging Senior Partners to spend more time in the market. I manage financial performance, KPIs and business planning. I also managed the planning and recruitment of partner and staff resource.Previously I was the Operations Partner with Begbies Traynor Group, the AIM listed professional services firm. I was in charge of operations, financial performance, supplier, landlord and contract negotiations, managed the business support staff and led the forensic, risk and investigations teams.I spent 20 years at EY, training as an Insolvency Practitioner and going on to run and restructure businesses in retail, technology, infrastructure, wholesale and a host of other sectors, giving me a real breadth of commercial experience. I moved into UK and EMEIA Operations roles and dealt with the mergers of teams, financial performance, business and growth planning and the recruitment, development and retention of the best asset, the people.
