As the Director of RDB Safety, I have been leading a team of qualified and experienced consultants for over 19 years, delivering high-quality and tailored services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.My specialties include principal designer and CDM advisor roles, where I ensure compliance, risk management, and best practice for various projects, following the health and safety and CDM regulations. I also have expertise in fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects, where I coordinate and oversee the health and safety aspects from design to completion. My mission is to help our clients achieve their goals while ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for everyone involved.In addition to the above I undertake the role of Executive Councillor for Lincolnshire County Council which encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within local government.:As the Executive Councillor for Property I oversee matters related to real estate, land, and buildings owned or managed by the council. This includes property acquisitions, disposals, maintenance, and development projects.
