 Manage daily operations of two warehouse and distribution facilities. Oversee Inventory control and Warehouse organization through continuous improvement. Develop measurable productivity goals for warehouse and distribution staff keeping Department overtime at or below 10% and efficiency above 90%. Oversee all purchasing to keep cost of goods in compliance with quarterly budget. Monitor fleet maintenance and fuel card compliance through random and quarterly audits.  Annual Equipment and Policy training to ensure staff compliance and competency. FDA / OXYGEN TRACKING audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Mandatory monthly and quarterly In-Services to maintain JCAHO, FDA and DOT compliance. Maintain staff and building safety through quarterly meetings, drills and employee awareness. Responsible for Quarterly Physical Inventory and reconciliation.  Reconciliation of all open orders monthly by department. Setup and maintain Equipment Maintenance and Tracking records with Bio-Medical Dept. Work with State and County OEM to assist in time of crisis or emergency. Manage department payroll bi-weekly through ADP. Present Annual Performance Appraisals for entire Operations staff. Maintain all State, Local and Regulatory licensure.
