Concept specialise in a fully-featured, market-leading agency management system. My role involves nurturing new business, supporting existing customers to get the best from their Concept solution, customer training, and software support and testing.

As a well-respected teacher at a great school in Burnley I encouraged students to be successful mathematicians, drawing on my real-world experiences to help add colour and context to their lessons.

As part of the New Business team at Access I worked with organisations to help them move to a more modern HR and/or payroll solution, guiding prospective customers from demonstrations to commercials, right the way through to project initiation.

My customers were often looking for their first 'proper' HR solution, or realised they needed to move from an off-the-shelf payroll package, so a good deal of my role was supporting build a business case, frequently presenting to their board before final sign-off. Responsible for all pre-sale contact, from initial demonstration to project initiation, I built great relationships with my customers to help these household names move to the Sage SnowdropKCS solution.

As the product expert at Tagtronics I supported the sales, technical support, and development functions, as well as the senior management team. My role encompassed customer training, designing and publishing manuals, creating update documentation to explain new features to existing clients, steering the software development process to ensure works being designed maintained the ease-of-use and ‘look and feel’ our customers expected, along with beta testing new releases.
