• While having several successful years working in the Construction Industry, I formed Richard Stanley & Company Inc. in the fall of 2003 in Sarasota, FL. While operating Richard Stanley & Company I have at times also held positions with other companies as Corporate Safety Director, Regional Safety Director, Safety Manager & Trainer. • As Director, Consultant and Trainer of Occupational Training & Consulting Operations 2003-2012, I provided onsite live training, consulting and online training for over 200 companies and over 5,000 individuals. This training consisted of OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Construction & General Industry Outreach Training, Red Cross CPR, First Aid & AED Training, Traffic Flagging Training, Forklift & equipment Training and National Safety Council CPR, First Aid & AED training. Training was provided online through my website www.oshaclasses.com & www.classesjunction.com and through live classes provided on-site at construction sites, conference rooms, hotel meeting rooms & other locations in over 15 states. I also conducted all Support functions and course completion requirements for The U.S. Department of labor OSHA, The Red Cross & The NSC. As a Construction Safety Consultant I provide Inspections and detailed reports of my findings and the recommended corrections for compliance. Developed course materials and presentations utilizing Power Point, Excel, & several other software applications. Competent use of multimedia equipment & devices to include portable projectors, screens, sound systems and other presentation aids.
