-Reorganized school district from PreK through Grade 12.-Developed the shared vision, community support and parental trust for development of a unique Grade 7/8 STEM Academy, with a Director (teacher/scientist) to foster public/private partnerships with professionals engaged is STEM, and Arts and Humanities professions. -Provided support for highly dedicated and talented core group of parents to help administration and faculty by engaging students, and parents in the districtwide changes. -Developed a Grade 3-6 school with creative programming to support the student transition into the STEM Academy. -Developed a PreK-Grade 2 school dedicated to early-childhood learning, with the first fullday kindergarten program in the community at no cost to parents.-Hired, developed and supported a highly capable leadership team to completely revamp the high school program to include Project Lead The Way's Engineering Strands, One-to-One Technology, Project-based Learning, an award-winning Theatre and performing arts program, and visual arts offerings. -Restructured the leadership, support, and expectations of the athletic program with significant success as measured by student and parent satisfaction with the experience, and results. -Provided support for the school's mentoring programs that have been recognized as model programs by the New England Associaion of Schools and Colleges.-Supported the growth of the district's Literacy program in each school, through the Lesley University Literacy Collaborative. -Hired and supported the introduction of Mandarin Chinese to the world language program.-Provided support for development of Capstone Project as a grduation requirement.-Led the schools and community in the challenges of closing the town's oldest school with all of the heart-strings that formed over so many years, in part by being very visible and connected to the community at large.

-Worked with programmer, administrators, faculty and students to develop curriculum mapping PreK-12 in all disciplines.-Developed Curriculum Audit model that engaged experts from professions as well as administrative colleagues from other districts, and universities in a thorough review leading to recommendations in each curriculum area.-Responsibility for professional development accross the district.-Served as District Facilitator to support new teachers and administrators through the district mentoring plan.-Served on Connecticut State Advisory Board for Educator Certification.-Served on Business and Education Leadership Board for Fairfield County, CT-Honored by Connecticut Arts Administrators for work and support for the visual and performing arts.
