In both the capacity as a building control and general fire safety consultant, Richard has project managed and delivered numerous new build, extensions and refurbishment projects, CAT A/B fit-out projects and undertaken Fire Risk Assessments across multiple market sectors throughout the UK. In his capacity as the “Building Control Advisor” to Defence Estates Brunei, for over three years Richard provided key technical support both in the UK and “in theatre” in Brunei to oversee compliance of a multi-million pound new build and refurbishment programme of military accommodation at the British garrison.
