Teaching A1-B2 For Ukrainian Refugees as part of the STEP Ukraine project. Worked from, and heavily adapted, a pre-made syllabus and helped prepare students for examination via the British Council score app.

Offering general English lessons, IELTS prep and proofreading.

Teaching students from A1 to C2 for personal English, teaching classes from 1 student to 8 students. In addition to teaching lessons, also organised and ran parties, designed and created open English classes, helped in the re-organisation and editing of a number of Social classes, including simplifying language for lower grade students.

Working alongside a team based in Mexico using digital means. Duties included layout design panel design, dialogue and English language consultation, art director, team management and schedule organiser.

Teaching for 2 hours a week as required, with duties including lesson design based on syllabus textbook, teaching A2-B2 and C1 level groups, acting as assistant for other teachers, occasionally taking fire register and classroom organization.

Duties include identification of new clients, focused market research and research to target new clients based on current courier routes. Additionally, assisting in re-organizing of courier routes in order to increase efficiency. Underwent multiple roles during this time, ultimately leaving the company in September 2017.

Duties included advising potential customers on deals, offers and helping customers decide on the best service to help their business meet national first aid requirements. Worked in association with the British Heart Foundation.

Technical customer support for the release period of the Iphone 6. Duties included answering calls and completing technical enquiries while providing excellent customer service in a timely manner, and recording queries and changes to data. Short term contract worked until completion.

Worked as bar staff on Saturday nights and Sunday mornings, sometimes working Saturdays alone. In addition to managing the bar, cashing up and closing up at night, worked alongside a team on Sundays.
