I managed 118 courses on 67 aircraft in 22 crew positions and trained 3,600 students on $1.8B in training devices. I revitalized the initial helicopter training. I also developed a comprehensive Virtual Reality program from inception to completion.Some of my accomplishments included:• I effectively managed a $766M flying training program and a $204M aircrew training and rehearsal contract.• I saved $2.3M per year in training costs and ensured equivalent quality product with 36% less flight time through enacting a Virtual Realty program.• I created the 6-year facilities and training plan worth $25M.• I corrected the 600% backlog in 90 days by leading the special operations tactical air mobility summit to address a failing flight training program.
