Responsible for inbound and outbound operations, as well as the functional process responsibility within the center on a specified shift or across multiple shifts. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations, growing leadership strength within the building, all while ensuring safe execution of operations overseeing 400+ associates daily.

I oversaw the management of the Air Force Safety Center of 200 people. I led investigations of all Air Force Aviation, Occupational, Weapons, and Space mishaps and ensured that issues were adjudicated, and recommendations were employed to prevent future incidents. I spearheaded strategic planning, program development, and resource management. I managed the Air Force Safety training pipeline to provide adequate training for 2,100+ safety professionals each year. I also maintained Air Force Safety policy and publications to comply with Department of Defense and OSHA regulations.Some of the value I provide includes:• I masterminded the integration of the United States Navy's 11,000 users into the Air Force Safety Automated System to enhance risk management tools and report incidents.• I drove operations during COVID-19, implementing telework plans to protect health and safety of staff and missions.

As Commander of the 58th Operations Group, I devised a more efficient training organization by combining existing training pipelines and budgets. I directed over 960 personnel in four locations who recruit, assess, select, train, and educate HC-130J, MC-130J, CV-22, UH-1N, HH-60G, and HH-60W crew members in aircraft, large and small simulators, classroom, and virtual reality platforms. I managed 118 courses on 67 aircraft in 22 crew positions and trained 3,600 students on $1.8B in training devices. I revitalized the initial helicopter training. I also developed a comprehensive Virtual Reality program from inception to completion.Some of my accomplishments included:• I effectively managed a $766M flying training program and a $204M aircrew training and rehearsal contract.• I saved $2.3M per year in training costs and ensured equivalent quality product with 36% less flight time through enacting a Virtual Realty program.• I created the 6-year facilities and training plan worth $25M.• I corrected the 600% backlog in 90 days by leading the special operations tactical air mobility summit to address a failing flight training program.

During my time working for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, I spearheaded the shaping of recommendations for the White House, Congress, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense on training partner nations to combat terrorism. I drove the planning and execution process to gain Congressional, Secretary of State, and Secretary of Defense approvals of programs. I evaluated 24 programs in the Philippines, Cameroon, Lebanon, and Jordan to ensure partnership. In addition, I presented 32 Congressional briefings on 134 programs across 32 different countries to attain security cooperation goals. I also authored legislative change on aviation partnership sustainment policy and briefed Congress.Some of my achievements in this role were:• I accomplished gaining Congressional approval for $408M in border security programs to Jordan and Lebanon.• I controlled $2.5B in counterterrorism training and equipment programs and coordinated approval from Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and Congress.

As Inspector General, I managed fraud waste and abuse and complaints resolution programs for the 4th largest wing in the U.S. Air Force which included 34 tenant units from six different high-level organizational commands. I validated the unit readiness by facilitating the completion of 7 IG exercises with the 160-person inspection team. I resolved 64 complaints and maintained regulatory and legal adherence.One of my most notable contributions was:• I successfully navigated 6,700 staff through the implementation of a new inspection system, beating the Air Force deadline by six months.

I served as commander for three large squadrons and outpost camp in Afghanistan. I executed operations, maintenance, and support for 14 AC-130H, AC-130U, AC-130W and CV-22 aircraft. I provided oversight of construction projects including concept development and funding acquisition for living quarters, aircraft maintenance areas, and personnel protection structures.Some of the value I provided included:• I expanded the residential capacity by 25% by leading the development and completion of a $600K 20,000 square foot camp expansion project.• I coordinated three units and 687 Airman in combat to successfully complete 368 flying missions with 1,900 combat hours free of mishaps.

I oversaw the supervision of 120 flying and ground personnel and maintained an operating budget of $1.1M for 9 MC-130H aircraft and crew members. I successfully maintained operations, training, plans, tactics, mobility, and intelligences functions. We consistently earned "outstanding" ratings on external readiness and compliance inspections. I directed 198 personnel and 17 aircrafts for two national exercises.A couple of my accomplishments were:• I realized $900K in flying training cost savings by increasing simulator usage by 50% while overhauling the flying and simulator training program.• I spearheaded 38 joint-service and combined-nation exercises across 8 Pacific region nations.
