My main role was to develop the sales for the company, along with creating a brand and a company image. I helped the sales manager to implement new fresh sales and marketing ideas and created sales from a standing start.

Responsible for Business Growth, Structure and Process. Covering all areas of the business to deliver services to our clients while understanding and moulding our operation to their exact needs.Insurance repair specialists, construction and refurbishment. £0 - £750k projects. 24/7 emergency call out service. Turnover £1.2m.

Responsible for delivery of all projects, working with the team to create viable and productive methods of undertaking works for clients. Analysing the end product and improving delivery.

My main role was to manage new projects, implement relevant labour resource and material ordering. Projects included domestic house rewires to warehouse fit out works for M&S. Business development also came under my remit, whilst undertaking this role I developed strong communication skills and an eye for customer service and a strong self motivation to create business opportunities from scratch.

In this role I worked for various companies on a sub contract role assisting these companies with electrical installations, site management and project completions. A very enjoyable role working with multiple companies and building some very strong relationships.

At MTM I worked as an apprentice working on mostly commercial maintenance, working on large commercial boiler and heating systems, ventilation systems and electrical systems. While i was in this role I attended college 2 time per week completing an Electrical qualification along a Service and Maintenance qualification.
