Heading up Alphabets dealer, broker, agency, intermediary and wholesale sales channels.

Heading up a great team and key channel for Alphabet GB.Alphabet Partner deals with a select group of leasing brokers in the UK. Our model is based on exclusivity, experience and service.

My role was to head up a channel under development from scratch.Led a small team which helped Alphabet deliver a multimake leasing platform to the Fleet Sales departments of UK Dealer Groups.I also continued to work on the wider development of Alphabets indirect proposition, ie the award winning icon platform. During 2018 I assisted in the spec and rollout of E-sign.

My role was to develop various parts of the Alphabet Partner proposition which fell into 3 main strands:LCVs - Helping our Partners understand, market and sell commercial vehicles. By developing a training course on vans and focusing brokers on this market sector I helped to take Alphabet Partners LCV penetration from 20% in 2016 to 35%+ in 2018.Development - Working with our Partners and internal teams to bring new ideas and products to market. I continued to enhance the award winning Icon platform.Performance - Managing our expectations of our Partners to ensure our objectives are achieved.This involved the handling of any non-performers. The flip side being I also handled any potential new Partners, whom I vetted and brought onboard.

Started as a Broker Sales Manager: Helping Alphabet (GB) build and develop their Partner channel.Launched in September 2014; Alphabet Partner operates through a small number of carefully selected brokers. As well as managing our relationship with some of our partners I focus on delivering the operational side of our facility.I was part of the team that developed the icon platform. A unique, market leading, system which allows a broker to quote, propose, generate documents and manage the payout of an agreement;easily and quickly. Our mission is to continue to stand out through product development as well as good old fashioned personal service.I was also one of the panel responsible for our Partner recruitment. Our Partners have all engaged with us and I thank them for their business and continued success together.

aLevelUp was designed and built from scratch. I managed the developer relationship: Taking the web app from a simple idea to a unique and complex site, delivering a simple solution.www.alevelup.co.uk allows parents and teachers to assess a childs individual strengths and weaknesses in primary maths, against the National Curriculum. The site then identifies the childs' weaknesses and sets a program to fill in the gaps.I ran the sales and marketing side of the business, as well as maintaining the management of any development work required on the site.

Within the Network brand: I managed the sales performance of Leaseplans franchisees (brokers) in SE England.I was sucessfully seconded to Operations Management as well as working on a project to design and build a new platform for Network to quote/liase with its brokers.I also ran a 3 day residential training course for new brokers. My sales area was developed by training and mentoring of franchisee staff.

Working within the Blackhorse brand. I managed the sales performance of Motorcycle dealers and manufacturers in Southern England.I ran the white label programs with three manufacturers. Two of these were brands new to white label and I took these accounts from query, through negotaiation to closing and implementation.Blackhorse developed its business via dealership staff training. I attended several excellent residential courses on how to train and mentor.
