· Advise corporate and financial sponsor clients on all aspects of equity financings, including positioning, valuation, offering structure, size, use of proceeds, capital structure, marketing format, investor targets and syndicate structure· Engage with investors, including mutual funds, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, pensions, endowments and family offices, to present financing opportunities, solicit feedback and negotiate terms and valuation· Coordinate with sales & trading teams to target key investors, aggregate investor feedback, determine appropriate valuation, and allocate securities to most suitable investors
