He started his career with Production Engineer. He learnt production line management such as problem solving, supply chain planning, and “Kaizen”. He has contribute and completed few innovative ideas to help company save cost and time also increase productivity. He changes his career as Project Engineer in year 2011. He have completed several shutdowns and projects in process industry. SGD$45mil single project is the biggest project handled by him. He is the local Project Manager and manage more than 350 staffs and workers at 1 time. He has experience in risk management, resource planning, project scheduling, cost planning, on-site problem solving, and more. In year 2014, he decided to jump out from comfort zone and started his own business with partners. He learnt administrative to deal with government sector and licensing for company setup. He learnt accounting and finance to deal with auditor and shareholders. He learnt sales & marketing and public relations skill to deal with customer. Company revenue from SGD$300k roses to SGD$8mil/FY. He then joining a MNC company as Sales & Marketing Manager and continue his challenges.
