In 2017 Richard ended a successful 35-year career with Countryside Properties, a company his father set up in 1958 prior to founding Stonebond Properties in 1975. He had served on the main board since 1986 and most recently was Chief Executive of the Partnerships Division, responsible or the group’s Regeneration Development programme. His focus is now on the continued growth of Stonebond Properties, with ambitious plans for expansion over the coming years.Richard is also Non Exec Group Chairman of Stonewood which is a high end contracting and house building business based in Wiltshire and operating primarily across the South West.Stonewood has been established for nearly 50 years and is on a very exciting growth path.
