Public Affairs and policy professional focusing on the UK hospitality sector, specialising in issues and legislation relevant to the industry. Policy lead on the associations sustainability agenda and net zero work-stream. Led on Parliamentary engagement in UK and devolved Parliaments. This includes the Secretariat function of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Hospitality and Tourism, the largest industry APPG in Westminster. Experience includes Westminster, Welsh Government, Scottish Government, local authority, European Parliament - covering policy, lobbying and stakeholder engagement.

Coordinator of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Yemen, leading the groups 2018 inquiry into UK policy towards Yemen.Lead author of the APPGs report 'Yemen: The Continuing Tragedy' and its 20 policy recommendations launched on May 22nd, 2018. The report was described by then Shadow Foreign Secretary the Rt Hon Emily Thornberry MP as ‘An outstanding piece of work, with recommendations that should act as a blueprint for UK policy towards Yemen.’ Planned and delivered the inaugural 'International Parliamentarian Conference on Yemen' held on the 8th November 2018 in the French National Assembly. The event was attended by MPs from 5 different European parliaments.Wrote the key policy pledges signed by MPs at the 'International Conference on Yemen' which were subsequently adopted as Labour Party Policy: https://labour.org.uk/press/emily-thornberry-mps-speech-first-international-parliamentary-conference-peace-yemen/Managed the Parliamentary affairs for the MP, writing speeches, EDMs, PQs WPQs and Urgent Questions. Coordinated public relations for the MP including interviews, press releases, and social media. Also led campaigning in a council ward during the 2017 General Election.

I spent two years working with the PRPI as a Geopolitics and Security Associate. The PRPI is the only UK Think Tank dedicated to the Polar Regions. As an Associate I was required to produce written articles for various publications. My coverage of the American election led to me being included in a paper featuring Arctic experts on the implications of a Trump Presidency for the region. In terms of Governmental engagement, I have written policy briefs on Arctic issues for senior politicians, have fed into Government consultations and produced written evidence for Parliamentary committees.

Open source reporting for Ukraine and Russia. Sole control over the reporting on Ukraine and the war occurring in Eastern Ukraine reporting up to 150 incidents per month. Also responsible for reporting of incidents in Russia. Commitments include researching and geolocating incidents and also writing short reports for clients. During my time at Intelligence Fusion I was also a contributing author on a report produced for a government department.
