I am a professionally qualified, resourceful and respected Project Director with experience of leading large teams in many sectors such as health, education, custodial and libraries. I have worked for Kajima Partnerships since 2003, I am the Healthcare Sector lead, and have helped the business develop its investment portfolio of 25+ long term concessions, 10 of which are in healthcare. I am passionate about building successful teams, project management and getting the best out of resources, empathy for the needs of clients and investors and have a thorough knowledge of the public sector competitive dialogue process for contracts. Through my career to date I have developed a good understanding of the public sector and I am experienced in project selection, bid leadership, development of design + bid solutions, deal negotiations (through to contract signature), mobilisation and SPV management together with expertise in construction.
