In addition, the implementation and realisation of asset management:● Strategic and tactical management of Asset maintenance and management activities for the Client portfolio in line with the overall strategy of EMCOR UK.● Management and application of the EMCOR and Client suite of IT/CAFM systems in relation to Asset Management.● Supporting the account growth through coordination of completion & validation of asset surveys, creating appropriate cost proposals for additional sites/estate and services.● Building and maintaining an accurate asset register; managing the asset change process; continually monitoring changes in legislation.● Monitor and apply the correct contract specific maintenance regime within the CAFM system.● Responsibility for costing and estimating of new sites within the portfolio, submitting costs to the client for approval.Key Achievements• Project managed and delivered the rollout of an asset surveying app which allowed for greater accuracy in asset survey outputs, in addition to increasing quality of said output (27%), introducing a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Achievements • Project managed the rollout of a systemised online scheduling tool, improving business performance and creating efficiencies. This resulted in a 66% timesaving per scheduler among other benefits• The creation, realisation, and implementation of multiple change requests, each resulting in business improvement and standardisation across the business. These have each led to a timesaving of at least 30%. • Researching, drafting, writing, communicating, and training a suite of 20, non-standard, contract specific, processes and reports issued to the end customer. This was delivered on time prior to the contract going live.
