I work in the Client Delivery team, at the heart of delivering maximum value to our clients by orchestrating our major implementation programmes and ongoing professional services projects. I'm helping to deliver: - End to end delivery of projects and programmes- Programme design: implementation and optimisation of the governance frameworks and ways of working by which change is delivered- Stakeholder management to ensure collective success- Management of critical dependencies within programmes and across strategic efforts in the business

- Leading and managing major client facing implementations globally- Leading a team of project resources in a complex multi-platform technical environment- Developing a project management office and delivery model for the organisation

– Managed the delivery of operational and technology changes for a large contact centre integration programme.– Involved in shaping the integration strategy including detailed analysis of opportunities and impacts. – Worked with stakeholders at all levels, from Directors to technical specialists to manage the successfully delivery of the new service.

– Part of the leadership team for the Cheque Imaging Programme, transitioning the bank from paper to image-based cheque clearing. – Member of the specialist Strategic Transformation team brought in to promote innovative approaches and solutions within the programme.– Lead for two key workstreams: o Managed the pioneering Mobile Cheque Imaging initiative to deliver photo deposit capability to millions of Barclays Mobile Banking app customers. o Led an Agency Bank delivery team to design and deliver a cheque imaging clearing solution for Barclays’ financial institution clients. – Worked closely with internal business and technology stakeholders, external suppliers and clients to develop solutions and drive delivery using an Agile approach.

– Led the project delivery of a complete redesign of the Barclays Track It solution, which enables customers to track a variety of services, from mortgages to complaints.– Actively involved in all elements of the SDLC to ensure successful solution delivery. – Extensive engagement with technical teams throughout the delivery including: on and offshore development; functional, volume and security testing teams; infrastructure; middleware; database; digital.– Delivering releases through the governance process including representing the project in a variety of review forums. Proactive engagement with all governance parties to ensure successful delivery.

- Solution architecture design across multi-layered application environment- Working with local and offshore technology teams to design and deliver new solutions- Providing design guidance and support throughout solution life-cycle

– Project management for the delivery of complex technology solutions across a wide variety of environments for government outsourcing projects and internal Capita businesses.– Technology Lead for the delivery of a £3 million IT solution for the recruitment, training and payroll of 35,000 temporary field staff for the UK Census. Due to the nature of the Census all delivery dates were fixed with no contingency available for service delivery failures. Technology delivery successfully met all time, budget and quality targets.– Key technology deliveries included coordinating the set-up and hosting for several critical systems; field IT provision for several hundred staff; interface design and development; infrastructure upgrades.– Technical Design Authority with ownership of the design of the end- to-end solution including overall technical design, strategic direction and requirements realisation.

– Managing the all elements of implementation of online systems for large corporate clients.– Coordinating client workshops to perform analysis to identify business needs for development projects. – Working with international technical teams to design and deliver software solutions.Establishing ongoing maintenance, support and training strategies.– Supporting the sales team to gain new business including tender responses and sales presentations.– Performing activities required to establish PageUp People’s first international office.
