Richard has had a long and successful career as a management consultant with over thirty years of work and consulting experience.Since 1982, Richard has been a management consultant developing an expertise in strategy consulting, including cost reduction, revenue enhancement, organisational reviews, market entry and positioning, business transformation, acquisition, business process re-engineering, and operational performance improvement.
