1、According to the scientific research and teaching tasks undertaken by the laboratory and the development direction of the profession, it is responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of the medium- and long-term construction plan of the laboratory, the annual work plan of experimental and administrative management, etc., and guiding the laboratory to carry out its work smoothly. 2、Organize the establishment of laboratory quality assurance system, laboratory management documents, and regular review to ensure the normal operation of the quality system and continuous improvement. 3、Organize to establish the internal and external communication system of the laboratory, to create a good internal and external environment for the smooth development of experimental work. 4、Organize the implementation of instrument and reagent management, calibration, indoor quality control, inter-room quality assessment, standard operating procedures, experimental reports and other quality requirements, guide the development of a variety of experimental technical parameters, do a good job of quality control, and constantly improve the level of scientific experiments. 5, declare the relevant experimental topics, organize and carry out scientific experiments, review the relevant experimental results, the quality of experimental results. 6、Organize and guide the installation, debugging, identification, operation, maintenance and repair of experimental instruments and equipment to ensure that the normal experiments required. 7, regular organization and inspection of strains, poisonous species, highly toxic reagents, flammable, explosive, strong acid, strong alkali and other experimental materials custody and use, to prevent errors and accidents. 8, collect experimental reform information, data, study the dynamics of laboratory construction and management, absorb advanced concepts at home and abroad, focusing on the coordinated development of students' knowledge, ability and quality, and constantly improve the level of laboratory construction and management. 9、Organize and arrange the training of laboratory further training and internship personnel in this room, and cultivate qualified experimental technology talents.
