- Leading and delivering the successful completion of client requests, ranging from small personal mailings to high volume corporate and charity campaigns.- Managing all requirements in meeting client commitments and milestones through the life of any project, and making recommendations for process improvements, stock selection, database pre-build and reporting.- Planning (incl. stock management, attending client meetings and internal briefings with other departments); design; programming; data management; laser printing; mail processing; lodgement; invoicing; and job close off.- Liaise with clients, Relationship Managers and Scheduling to ensure milestones of each stage are met. Attend client meetings to gain an understanding of the job/project to quote, scope and run the project or job.- Provide assistance during the service concern resolution process with an emphasis on ensuring implementation of agreed process improvement outcomes.

• Maintain P&L and all day to day operations across various sites, including CCAmatil (Imaging), Woolworths (Imaging), St Ignatius College Riverview (Print Services), William Clarke College (Print Services) and Electronic Data Systems (Print Services).• Increase revenue and services through introduction of new services and constant process improvements through technologies and staff satisfaction with training and empowerment.• Ensure all areas and levels of the Master Services Agreements and Service Level Agreements are met and reported.• Monitor system status and upgrade status.• Parallel project assessments and deal reviews.• Maintain third party supplier relationships.• Insure client billing and invoicing is complete and accurate.
