I have been in the controls business for over 20 years. Every company I have worked for has expanded my experience, knowledge, responsibilities, and my confidence. I love resolving issues that are said cannot be fixed. I love the challenge of taking responsibility and the trust of my superiors, my customers, and others in this trade. I take pride in what I do, and will not walk away from a project until it is 100% complete, making sure the customer is fully trained and confident in the equipment they bought, and all questions answered. This is a job I love and will always be learning so I can lead my team to a successful project. I am not afraid to admit I don't have an answer, but rest assured I will get it. I am always open to any idea that could result in a better resolution and am always a team player. My goal is always to create a great work relationship, trust, and be a good mentor. My philosophy in this field is that you never know everything, but you strive to be the best you can. I am a Christian, husband, father, friend, and a reliable worker.
