I trained as a Chartered Accountant then specialised as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Spent 10 years developing innovative tax solutions for business owners and high net worth individuals. Regularly invited to speak on tax related matters for entrepreneurs and their advisers. I also invest in a range of start up and move developed companies and so have first hand experience of private equity and corporate finance. As a business and tax consultant, I am typically engaged by growing businesses to assist them in all financial aspects of their growth, either as an ongoing consultant or as a one-off project. I also assist firms of accountants and finance professionals on an interim basis where they require additional support for a particular project or where additional expertise is required. Whilst based in the East Midlands, I also cover London and the South East.
