I am responsible for leading a team that reconciles incoming client payments to their trades, collect beneficiary account details from our clients and coordinates outgoing payments for currency purchased.In addition to this I report profits, create commission statements for our affiliates and check the accuracy of the work of the front office.

I joined the company originally to help them clear a large reconciliation backlog before gaining experience in the international payments environment.I offered support to traders and their clients while fulfilling trades. My experience of account reconciliation led to a large input into an electronic reconciliation module being built as part of a bespoke CRM system the company were having built.As the role developed I took responsibility for calculating trader commissions which were passed to payroll as part of the monthly salary production. Ultimately I left the role to become Head of Operations at a new startup where I was able to develop my own processes using my experience from this role.
