Prior Experience - worked in Land Title Agency providing Residential and Commercial title insurance to Lenders and property owners. Began as an FHA & VA mortgage collector in 1981 for Anchor Savings Bank. 1984 started lending with Security Pacific Finance Corp. for mortgage and personal loans. Continued at Lion Funding Corp. which was a strict FNMA, FHLMC and FHA mortgage lender. Took advantage of an opportunity in 1988 with Old Stone Credit Corp. as an Assistant Manager on Long Island and promoted to Branch Manager in Westchester County.Specialties: Mortgage closing and settlement. Title insurance. Liasion with banks, attorneys and clients. Department creation and personnel training.
