Currently I full fill several roles within the organisation including Ramp Trainer Currently train new inductees into the values, processes of working within the Aerocare organisation and ensure the new trainee's meet the clients standards to ensure the continued safe, efficient operation of the Qantaslink Brisbane port. A role that also involves facilitating the training sessions, maintaining the Learning Management Systems for both Aerocare and Qantas, along with ensuring that all paperwork has been completed in accordance with the various legislative bodies and clients. Within the train role I am also responsible for the up - skilling of staff to various roles including Driving, Lead Loader and Push Back. Resource PlannerWithin my role is the Resource Planners position that requires me to allocate resources to ensure the safe and efficient operation meets the clients and Aerocare's expectations. This involves allocating teams to load and unload aircraft in accordance to an ever changing schedule. Filling in rosters and ensuring that there is adequate staff to complete the days operations and providing support to the Operations Supervisor through liaising with several different stakeholders involved with the servicing of aircraft. Lead LoaderA team leader position on ramp that is legally held accountable for the loading of baggage and freight onto an aircraft. A lead loader is also responsible for the preparation and safety of the team.

I currently have had experience in:- Route and Site Selection assessment for major infrastructure projects including power stations, pipelines and electricity power lines. - Cultural Heritage surveys - Environmental Compliance and Environmental Management Plans- EPBC referrals - Completed legislative and Environmental Compliance research for APPEA (Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association)- Assessed the World Bank (Equator Principles) lending criteria against a projects EIS I have had experience with the Commonwealth, Northern Territory, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland governments environmental legislation, with some limited exposure to the Tasmania state government and Tanzania federal legislation.
