For more than thirty years I have served clients from a wide range of industries as I led multi-disciplinaru teams in updating and creating mission critical data center facilities. I managed all aspects of the design process including concept design, preliminary budgets, budget negotiations, construction documents and oversight of the renovations and construction teams. I facilitated multi-disciplinary teams of owner stakeholders, data center operators, design teams, vendors and contractors and cost-effectively identified key parameters for projects and clarified the projects' strategic goals. I have earned a reputation as a creative problem solver and innovator whose clients value my approach to helping an owner/stakeholder reach their business goals – in the short and the long term.
