• Directed maintenance efforts of 156 Air Commando Maintainers on 15 assigned MC-130J aircraft valued at $1.7 billion to support the Wing’s Flying Hour Program.• Executed all requirements of aircraft utilization, including scheduling, testing, modification, training, and deployment. • Managed the effective use of command’s resources to execute Time Compliance Technical Orders, -6 Letter Checks, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and maintenance recovery team taskings. • Enforced strict compliance with technical orders, directives, and manuals; ensured the safety of maintenance and aircrew personnel, aircraft, equipment, and vehicles.
