Throughout my years as a member of the working class I have worn many hats. I originally went to college to begin a career in computer science, however after 3 years I had to leave college due to financial issues and I joined the US Army. I served for 8 yrs and had one tour to Afghanistan. This was an interesting yet dangerous adventure into an unknown area of the world for me. While in country we conducted over 200 operations into local territory and bridged the language barrier to learn from and teach the locals in our area. When I returned from Afghanistan I was working for Walmart at a distribution center in central Pennsylvania. An injury I sustained in Afghanistan began acting up and I was forced to leave my job at Walmart to assess my health. While I was recovering I returned to school at Clarion University. I switched my major to Physics and began pursuing a new education. I graduated with my bachelors degree and a Nanotechnology certification from Pennsylvania State University in 2017. I eventually ended up moving to Milton, Florida where I became an animal control officer for Santa Rosa County. I really loved that job because I was able to help a great deal of animals and people in need. It was a very fulfilling job and I was able to come home everyday knowing I did some good in the world. I was however forced to leave that job when my fiancee and I moved back to Pennsylvania. I am now working as a Security Officer at Accuweather headquarters in State College Pennsylvania.
