As the Digital Network Manager at GRIDSERVE, I enhance the visibility and accessibility of our EV charging network. My responsibilities include managing and optimising our presence across digital platforms, including in-car navigation systems, eMSP apps, Maps, Navigation Service Providers (NSPs), and route planners.I oversee the accuracy, visibility, and accessibility of our Points of Interest (POI) and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) data. By employing advanced digital tools and innovative strategies, I improve the user experience for EV drivers, ensuring they can effortlessly locate and utilise GRIDSERVE's charging stations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to seamlessly integrate our network into various digital ecosystems, enhancing our brand's presence and driving increased usage of our charging infrastructure. My work involves analysing data and user feedback to continuously refine our digital strategies and deliver superior service to our customers.Committed to sustainability and innovation, I support GRIDSERVE's mission to drive the adoption of electric vehicles and contribute to a greener future.
