I was initially hired as an Analyst/Developer by Amec as part of the mySPS team. I was responsible for developing Metastorm BPM solutions and setting the technical direction of the mySPS product. Later as the various local IT teams became Global Systems I worked in various .NET projects which included building new software solutions from the ground up or providing integration between off-shelf products.In 2016 I was given the opportunity to lead the development teams in the UK, India, America and Canada. I've taken pride in leading this multi-cultural team and developing its members while meeting team and individual goals.

I was employed as a Business Process Analyst with a company in the construction and mining equipment industry. I was solely responsible for managing the implementation of Business Process Management software project across four different countries using the product, Metastorm BPM. Skills required for this position are in-depth knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, VBScript and various BPM tools and techniques. I joined in 2007 as a placement for my research and was made a permanent member of staff in October 2009.

As a KTP associate I was employed by Brunel University and placed at Komatsu to conduct my research for my PhD. I completed a part-time MPhil in Management Studies before gaining a permanent job at my placement. My MPhil is based in the field of Business Process Management and Workflow modelling. I have presented at various conferences both domestically and internationally. My thesis is centred on completing an empirical study into implementing BPM tools and projects in heavily legislative environments.
