Provide leadership for the Parts DepartmentSupervise eight (8) parts people, two (2) parts assistance, two (2) warehouse supervisors, Oversee department (30 people) in the absence of Parts Manager,Liaise with internal/external customers, Responsible to manage department in absence of the Parts Manager, Mentor, develop existing and new employeesEnsure a safe work environment for employeesMentor and coach new and existing employees Other duties as required
