Most of my time on this business is spent on strategic planning, estimating & selling our larger projects, coaching my admin staff, and streamlining the business. My main focus this year has been on optimizing productivity for myself and each member of my admin team. We operate in Whistler & Squamish and take on fewer, higher value clients these days in order to keep our service standards above our competitor's and our quality high.

Pro Works is the professional division of Student Works Painting (the name I operated under for the first few years). Once I left the franchise in 2006, I started operating independently as Performance Painting.

This is where I got my start in the painting business. I was the first ever Whistler franchisee! Here I was taught the essential and fundamental skills needed to run a successful painting business.
