Direct oversight of day to day operations, financial planning/oversight and execution of business strategy at a Top Ten GA Airport (PDK)

Expanded responsibility within the region to include additional locations falling under my direct supervision within the context of a General Manager. During this time both ATL & PDK were extremely high profile FBO's with ATL being located at the worlds busiest airport and PDK remaining within the Top Ten GA Airports in terms of overall traffic counts.

Reno, Nevada Area

Direct oversight and responsibility of both the FBO and Commercial Operations that included baggage handling, cargo operations, aircraft re-fueling and deicing. The high watermark of this operation began in 1995 when Mercury serviced multiple airlines that included all operational service aspects for up to 70 daily departures. During this time, we employed up to 300 employees and for whom I was responsible for training in all aspects of the operation. I reported directly to the General Manager of the location and coordinated efforts to meet, and in most cases, exceed all expectations. Each September the location hosted the Reno Air Races which presented opportunity to service hundreds of aircraft within a four-to-five-day period. The largest turnout recorded was in 1994 when the location successfully serviced more than 1,400 GA, Business, Commercial and Military aircraft within a five-day period without delay or incident.
