- I manage a team of over 20 marketing/underwriting specialists who handle the SE territory for ICW. This includes the state of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.- I oversee the management of a WC book of business around $100M of premium and strive to achieve our goal of being a top 5 WC carrier in each of the core states we are in.- I manage the addition of staff, marketing, growth and profitability in these states.- I oversee the agent engagement and marketing efforts in the SE region.
