Prior to joining Create Development, my career had seen a rapid rise through the levels within cricket. In 2006, I became the youngest Cricket Development Manager in the country when I was appointed by the England & Wales Cricket Board to lead cricket development in Hertfordshire. In 2008, I went on to join Chance to Shine as Regional Manager for the London & East Region at the age of 26 years old. I have spent my entire career working closely with sport and education, delivering programmes for disadvantaged or disaffected people in purpose driven organisations.
