For this role, I look into the optimization, testing, and implementation of new robotic liquid handling transmits. I guide new employees on laboratory procedures and troubleshooting automation. Lastly, I identify constraints and collect data in order to create solutions for enhancing efficiency and throughput.• Supported the migration of the FoundationOne®CDx (F1CDx) workflow from the Illumina HiSeq 4K instruments to the NovaSeq 6K System.• Provided support for the San Diego laboratory build out, including travelling to accomplish my Hamilton qualifications to meet deadlines.• Played a key role in optimizing company's monthly preventive maintenance procedures for liquid handling to reduce annual consumables costs.• Implemented code-hardening and release deployments to standardize the use of a single liquid handler across all laboratory spaces.
