Following my time as the Head of Control with responsibility for the Trust's radio communications system I accepted the post of Head of IT and responsibility for the wider IT systems withing the Trust.In this role I had responsibility for all of the IT and telecommunications requirements of the Essex Ambulance Service.In this post I was responsible for making the Trust ready for the Year 2000 Rollover, which came and passed without a single incident.
