Richard “Rich” Davis is ACC’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial and accounting operations for the network. In this role, he is responsible for managing and ensuring business integration, growth, and profitability across all agencies. Having spent more than 20 years as a financial and operational leader for a variety of marketing, advertising, and public relations agencies, Rich has extensive experience establishing agency infrastructures, driving acquisitions and divestitures, and developing new products, services, and practice areas, most recently developing digital solutions that help companies capitalize on and navigate the ever-evolving media landscape. Prior to ACC, Rich served as COO for Financial Profiles, a leading national strategic communications firm specializing in investor, analyst, and media relations for publicly traded and pre-IPO companies. In his three years, he grew the firm’s national footprint, brand awareness and bottom-line.Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Rich served in roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several of Interpublic Group’s global public relations and marketing firms, including Rogers & Cowan and Frukt, as well as served as Western Region CFO for one of the world’s largest public rations for, Weber Shandwick. In partnership with the CEOs, Rich was operationally and financially responsible for Daily Advertising, Axis, a leading multi-cultural marketing agency, Current, a full-service consumer lifestyle marketing agency and Film Fashion, a celebrity fashion public relations firm.

Rich has more than 20 years of experience as a financial and operational leader for a variety of leading pr, mktg and ad firms. Throughout his career, Rich has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, practice leads and department heads on short and long term planning, revenue growth, profitability, staffing and staff management, agency infrastructure and strategic growth initiatives. Rich has developed new products, services and practice areas for agencies, most recently developing digital solutions that help companies capitalize on and navigate the changing media landscape. He has also developed new business and marketing programs and thought leadership initiatives that led to greater agency brand awareness, recognition, and created successful internal communications programs. Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Rich led the expansion of Rogers & Cowan, broadening the firm’s practice areas by growing existing divisions and establishing new ones, including Corporate Entertainment, Music, Talent, Sports, Fashion, and Convergence. He also expanded the firm’s reach into Digital/Social Media, Entertainment, Branding, and Marketing through the successful acquisitions of Film Fashion (a Celebrity Fashion pr firm), Den Mead (Film and Corporate pr firm), ITB Worldwide (a Talent Procurement, Influencer Marketing and Rights Clearance firm), and Spotlight Communications (a TV and Lifestyle public relations firm). In partnership with the CEOs of the respective agencies, Rich established and subsequently grew two prominent national pr firms: The Axis Agency, a Hispanic multicultural firm, and Current, a Consumer and Lifestyle agency. Most recently, Rich served in the roles of COO and CFO for several of The Interpublic Group’s global PR agencies including Rogers & Cowan and Frukt. Previously he was the Western Region CFO for Weber Shandwick, Dailey Ad, Film Fashion, Current and The Axis Agency.

Rich Simultaneously led five different organization within the holding company, and amongst other functions, oversaw strategic planning, operational direction, and help create and guide the financial direction of the corporation.
