I lead a team that is responsible for building and leading relations with Pobal's funders, who are government departments and state agencies. I am responsible for managing business development processes within Pobal . As the dedicated point of contact for Funders, my team and I represent the perspective of Funders within Pobal. We assist decision makers within Pobal to appreciate funder expectations of full service delivery and act as mediator as new developments, issues, or risks arise.

I currently manage a team of 4 in Pobal across a key number of skills sets responsible for the design and translation of government and funder requirements into a set of programme guidelines. I have made a significant contribution to the development of Ireland's largest social inclusion programme, SICAP. I have experience of both commissioning and public procurement . I now am also working alongside a small group of people within the organisations on the Seniors Alert Scheme (SAS), I act as programme co-ordinator for SAS.
