CurrentMy position as a Project Manager started as an assistant PM but quickly transitioned into Head Project Manager for a New Construction build. This role is unique in the fact I oversaw nine Sub-Contractors on this project at the peak of construction with an estimated One Hundred personnel under our umbrella (also peak construction) Scope I am currently comfortable working with includes but is not limited to: Core and ShellDrywall and Rough Carpentry Lead Lined Drywall Temporary Protection Corian Operating Rooms Cleanrooms (prefabricated fully inclusive system) Trash and Linen Chutes Ceilings (Drywall/ACT)Specialty Acoustical Ceilings GFRG WonDoor Smoke and Fire Partition Bathroom Accessories/Toilet Partitions, TV enclosures, Firearm discharge station (misc. division 10)Wall Protection (Corner Guards, FRP, Handrails, Crash rails, Acrovyn Graphics) Doors Frames HardwareAnother large role I have taken on during the life of my current project is management of a large portfolio of change orders, not only for CAS but for all subcontractors working on the project. The change order process has brought opportunity to work alongside Owners representative's, Superintendent's, Engineers and Project Executives alike.
