Responsibilities include obtaining preliminary costings from subcontractors, preliminary programme timelines and advice on potential cost savings.•Hard money tendering for all types of projects from conception to completion. Leading and directing the team to ensure that an accurate and well detailed tender is submitted to the client. •Review and compilation of post tender clarifications from client including any necessary liaison with subcontractors and attendance at post tender meetings, interviews and presentations.•Pre-tender site inspections and risk assessments.•Handover of successful tender to construction team and liaison on bill of quantities and quotations.•Training and mentoring of practical year students.
