The Parking Spot, a division of Pritzker Realty Group, acquired a portfolio of parking facilities through the bankruptcy auction of a failed competitor. These properties are located at 20 off airport locations around the company. These properties were upgraded to Parking Spot branded operations. The upgrade to the physical facilities included design, permitting and construction by redevelopment teams working under the guidance of The Parking Spot Development Group. The Group was responsible for project dvelopment coordinating the various design and construction participants, monthly draws, purchase of FF&E, project tracking/reporting, zoning entitlements/modifications or contractor dispute resolution, etc.
