Create samples and prototypes to prepare newly designed products for introduction. Represent company to clients, suppliers, and vendors. Manage projects through R&D stage; create business case to sell projects internally and bring to market. Partner cross-functionally with designers to tailor cost-effective solutions to client needs.

Tapped to run and correct operational deficiencies of Huntington Beach plant. Restructured prototype division. Oversaw 65 employees across production and engineering departments. Generated daily shipping plans including monthly forecasts, yield, and on-time delivery reports, and budget and failure analysis. Maintained production, yield and profit levels during consolidation of 2 locations under one roof. Product quality and customer satisfaction were never compromised during this process.

Orchestrated transition from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and staged pivotal organization turnaround, focused on production, facilities, and maintenance management. Rebuilt foundation and structure to sustain long-term operations. Maintained existing business while developing MIL-PRF-31032 certification, all under Chapter 11 blanket. Company today remains a successful and viable business.

Promoted from Facilities & Maintenance Manager within 2 months of hire by CMK (Japanese owners). One-year contract managing union relations, contract negotiations, and general operations during final phase of facility shutdown.
