Assigned as an onsite Construction Manager for a $40 million expansion to Pfizer. Pre-Construction Manager on a veterinary medicine research and design facility to be constructed within the existing plant.Performed all scheduling activities, which included design, procurement, vendor equipment, construction and commissioning activities. Managed and maintained site safety and safety training. Managed or performed constructability reviews, procurement, quality control, cost control activities, change management, and all project documentation.

Joined the firm as Director of Pre-Construction Services in December 1998 with responsibility for pre-construction services, business development, and operational issues for the mid-west region of this national firm. In addition performed the duties of the senior project manager on the Kansas City area projects and was design/build team manager for the EPA projects.Provided pre-construction project management for negotiated or developer driven projects including the GSA, private developers, and other governmental agencies. Managed design/build and negotiated projects for public and private entities including, design team selection.Provided conceptual and guaranteed maximum price estimates for projects ranging to $34,000,000 including office, hotel, senior living, distribution facilities and parking structures. Developed a business plan, operational budget, cash flows for projects, and provided manpower planning and resource schedules

Joined the firm as Senior Project Manager in September 1996 with responsibility for pre-construction services for negotiated projects including overview and preparation of conceptual estimates and interface with the business development office.
