I had the great pleasure of working with the best trainers in the world, and because of this, I could design sophisticated and powerful programs that really delivered on their promise. I worked with dozens of Fortune 1000, and numerous Fortune 500 companies to develop training programs that were critical to their businesses.

Developed and taught a course each quarter on a strategic HR issue. Created curriculum, materials, presentations, and delivered full-day courses to groups of 25-30 professionals. These courses provided credit toward HR certifications. Course topics included leading change, developing resilience, and keys to employee retention. My courses filled quickly and received top marks.
