Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Siemens AG during the construction and commissioning of four gas and two steam turbine combined cycle units supplying 1200MW of power to the national grid of Malaysia and 800 tonnes of steam per hour to the Petronas Pengerang Refinery And Petrochemical Industrial Development (RAPID) complex.Responsible for leading a team of six expatriate and thirty local EHS, security and administrative personnel to meet the EHS contract requirements of Petronas, local government enforcement requirements and Siemens EHS management systems. Implementing of EHS programs to appointed contractors and workers from diverse multinational backgrounds. Delivery of internal and client reports, monthly presentations to both Siemens and Petronas project directorate. Project workforce peaked at 3,500 workers and executed a total of 18 million man hours incurring one lost time injury.
