· Work with clients transitioning to ADP WFN platform to ensure smooth initial processing. Assist with data validation, using MS Excel comparisons to identify and resolve discrepancies. Partner with clients to perform needed dual maintenance to ensure systems are in sync prior to initial processing. Provide guidance during initial learning experience and offer support as needed building on 25+ years of payroll experience. · Act as temporary payroll administrator for clients using ADP WFN when staffing changes result such demand. For 2-3 months, perform payroll entry, employee updates and other payroll tasks as needed.· Set up and implement new ADP RUN clients, including gathering employee information and balances, data entry into ADP RUN, set up of earnings, deductions, taxes, PTO, etc. Training client on using ADP RUN platform. · Assist small businesses with payroll processing using ADP RUN platform. Tasks include payroll entry, employee updates and time & attendance assistance.

· Oversee the daily operational initiatives involving the leadership of 13 Payroll Specialists by utilizing techniques such as training, mentoring, attentive listening and problem solving to provide high level customer service while processing payroll for 2500+ client affiliates· Act as a liaison between clients/CPAs and other teams (Tax, Time & Labor, General Ledger & IT) through gathering information/needs and returning solutions to ensure all clients have a positive experience and have all needs satisfied· Helped clients receive federal ERTC credits by answering questions and gathering data and producing needed amended returns resulting in over $10M in refunds received by our existing client base· Implemented new process for final invoice collection by working with banking team and clients to provide last billing details for future W2 costs resulting in increased collection rate and decreased labor hours within banking department· Provide reporting to senior leadership through data analysis, loss tracking and queries to maximize workload balance and report on processing and client losses

· Co-Managed a team of 25 support representatives providing support to both internal associates as well as clients directly to resolve technical issues within the ADP RUN payroll software. · Created 2015 Year End Reports team by hiring, training, planning and process rollout to complete over 5800 report requests at Year End (87% completed within 2 hours) additionally saving regional service teams 2900 hours of work· Member of multiple product rollout out teams through weekly meetings, on-site support and communication to implement CRM upgrades and telephone system upgrades to current teams and teams in other locations· Implementation of reduction in Support Services hours of operation eliminating 24x7 support by evaluating team skills, scheduling and data analysis to ensure greatest staffing coverage and field support
