Uninvited Guests mainly make devised theatre for small scale touring nationally and internationally, online performance projects, audio tours and installation. My involvement in most projects is as a writer/deviser/performer.

Part of the London team. Work included:- Managing relationships with NPOs- Advice-giving - Assessing grant applications

Oversaw management of large producing team working across a range of activity - public performance programme, artists residency programme, heritage programme, work with young people, social change programme.Led on curating theatre and residency programme over multiple seasons and festivals, including two landmark festivals of one on one performance. Established new festivals - BURST and The Graduates.Responsible for managing annual programming/commissioning budget and hitting footfall/box office targets.Part of senior management team overseeing organisation’s financial and operational management. This included responding to the 2015 Grand Hall fire and the launch of the rebuilt Grand Hall in 2018.Set up Creative Partners Sounding Board to ensure greater artist representation in governance. Worked with artists on development of ideas/projects - offering dramaturgical feedback etc.Creative lead on building-wide, promenade projects London Stories and London Stories: Made By Migrants.

Assisted in the development of new TV formats - usually for the children's factual sector - e.g CBBC, CITV, Nickelodeon. Formats would often include a participatory element - e.g. children being given camcorders to make their own films.Visiting numerous schools to identify charismatic children to be part of these programmes.Working closely with child participants to produce these programmes. Also worked as Researcher on two series of a music documentary series - Routes of Rock.
