-Provide leadership to two residential neighborhoods totaling approximately 2000 students across 18 residential facilities-Supervise and support a staff team that includes 2 full-time live-in Resident Directors, 2 full-time Community Coordinators, 4 Graduate Resident Associates, 14 live-in Resident Fellows (faculty or senior administrators), and 138 Resident Assistants-Collaborate with campus partners in support of specialized living arrangements: 3 greek houses, 2 co-ops, and 3 academic themed houses-Co-chair 2 Neighborhood Councils with Resident Fellow co-leads and membership from neighborhood constituents, which includes staff from Residential Education, Residential & Dining Enterprises (housing administrative staff & dining manager or executive chef), Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (Academic Advising), and student house representatives-Participate in second-level on-call rotation to support crisis management for a campus population of 8,000 undergraduate students

• Provided oversight for Complex Problems (the first-year seminar program) and University College (AU's largest living-learning community) in partnership with the Faculty Director• Supervised a full-time Senior Program Coordinator, three Program Assistants, and 50-85 undergraduate Program Leaders• Coordinated 140+ sections of Complex Problems for incoming students• Managed the AU Core- Complex Problems subcommittee of Associate Deans, or their designee, to facilitate the course approval process and implementation decisions• Supported residential student learning through a partnership with Residence Life in the University College Living-Learning Community for 500+ students• Provided faculty development for the faculty that teach within the sections of Complex Problems• Oversaw the marketing and communications for both Complex Problems and University College • Served on the university-wide CARE Team to support students in crisis
